Yellow Transportation Services Inc. was founded by Guyanese-born and Queens College alumni that own and operate US companies Yellow Cab Company of DC (YCDC) and Yellow Transportation Services (YTS) in Washington DC, USA. The principals hope to bring the same state-of-the art technology and flagship service that drives their other enterprises to their native land.
Yellow Cab Company of DC is the largest independent taxicab company in Washington DC with a fleet of over 425 vehicles. Yellow Transportation Services LLC is the affiliated taxi rental company. Yellow Cab Company is the leading dispatch company in the DC/Maryland/Virginia neighboring areas and the leading provider of accessible service to the senior and disabled communities. Its state-of-art technology can dispatch a vehicle within three-seconds and a pick you up within two to five minutes rivaling global ride-hailing companies like Uber and Lyft.
The principals are extremely proud and honored to introduce Yellow Transportation Services Inc. as a single platform for users to request taxicab services and customized transportation service from a sedan to a 60-seater bus to meet their individual transportation needs.
